A very large and unusual bungalow designed by a Dutch architect in the 1970s. It has a wonderfully idiosyncratic design and is set in beautiful grounds on the edge of woods.
The house was doubled in size with the addition of a new first floor fitted into the vast roof, which added three large bedrooms and shower facilities. The ground floor was completely renovated, including a reconfigured new kitchen and living room, bathrooms and staircase.
The clients were keen to retain the original features, with any changes complementing the unique period aesthetics.
