This elegant Grade II listed vicarage, dating back to the 1770s, is located in a prominent position on the village square, in a conservation area.
The original layout of the ground floor and utility area was an awkward arrangement carried out in the 1970s. There was no connection to the garden and the circulation on the ground floor was convoluted. The clients wanted to open up and replace the kitchen, in a traditional style, with dining and utility amenities. The project comprised new extensions and remodelling of other areas in the house.
