As a Senior Project Manager with Mace, Andy Bramwell led a multi-disciplinary team to deliver London Metropolitan University’s cross campus refurbishment. This £12M refurbishment project was to improve out-dated university facilities, forming four new campus “hubs”.
The project included complete spatial reorganisation of the University’s Learning Centre, teaching facilities, classrooms, workspaces and two hubs at the Holloway Road campus. At the Sir John Cass school faculty of art, the project delivered a new entrance, gallery, art studio, café and gym. The refurbished top floor at Grade II listed Moorgate provided new high quality facilities for the University’s business school and in the basement a vastly improved refectory with networked project spaces.
The first two phases were completed during the eight-week summer vacation.
